overthinking? stressed?
can't seem to switch off?

You deserve to find peace & calm

Do any of these sound like you?

“What if there’s something wrong with me?”

“What if this never ends?”

“They haven’t texted me back, did I do something wrong?"

“Why can’t I just appreciate what I have? Am I a bad person?"

“I know these thoughts aren’t rational but they feel so real.”

“Sometimes it just feels like something is wrong and I can’t figure out what it is.”

“I have a really hard time accepting myself.”

“I just can’t calm down.”

“I’m supposed to have my sh*t together.”

Hey there, my name is Ben.

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist who is committed to helping people with anxious minds develop the skills and tools to find more peace and calm, feel more in control, sleep better, and improve their relationships.

Importantly, I am someone who was has health with anxiety my whole life. I'm also someone who was very resistant to counselling - and eventually found it to be completely life changing.

I know what it's like sitting on both sides of the therapy room and I spent years hearing the same stories that our anxious minds often tell us.

I spent the majority of my young adulthood living and travelling across different countries across three continents (The Americas, Europe and Asia) and spent several years in Latin America. I have first-hand experience using therapy, meditation and other neuroplasticity-informed practices in order to manage and recover from depression, anxiety and chronic pain.

I’m a big believer in something called Posttraumatic Growth, which is the response to challenging and traumatic life events that results in positive personality change: strength, resilience, courage, self-awareness, authenticity, more engagement in life etc. My personal interest is in the intersection between brain science, wisdom traditions and the use of altered states of consciousness for personal development and health.
